The Funatorium Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

Horrible Histories – Pirates: The Exhibition

Do you have what it takes to be a pirate? You can find out at this travelling exhibition from the Australian National Maritime Museum. Take command of a pirate ship, design and project your own pirate flag, try out different weapons from cutlasses to cannons, find your fate on the wheel of misfortune, discover the best loot to steal and splat rats in the quayside tavern. Pick up a copy of the Horrible Histories Pirates trail and find all six of the paper presses to perfect your pirate picture.

Dancing Story – The Australian Ballet

Dancing Story provides children with an unforgettable dance and literacy experience and is led by a member of The Australian Ballet’s Education team. Dancing Story is designed to work in a small setting such as a library or preschool and gives children the unique opportunity to explore the story of The Sleeping Beauty through dance.

Big Bash League/Women’s Big Bash League

In these exciting and fast-paced matches the Men’s and Women’s Brisbane Heat BBL teams will take on the Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Stars, Melbourne Renegades and Sydney Thunder. With entertainment for the whole family and affordable ticket prices, this is a sure winner for the school holidays.

‘Bowl Camp’ at AMF Bowling

Available Monday to Wednesday between 9am and 12pm across the school holidays (excluding public holidays), Bowl Camp is a fun and informative program allowing kids to learn how to bowl, from how to hold the ball correctly to where to stand on the lane, and also tips and tricks for scoring that elusive strike. Includes 1 game of bowling and 1 game of laser tag (2 games of bowling if laser tag is not available at the venue). Kids will also enjoy a jaffle and pop top drink, as well as 10 arcade bucks to enjoy the arcade games on offer. Best suited to children aged 5-15.
