You are not alone.

I have mums emailing me every day to share their struggles. From overcoming fussy eating, to finding time for themselves, ideas for sharing quality family time, dreaded mum guilt and so much more.I’m a mum of two and know exactly how you feel – overwhelmed, lonely and like you aren’t reaching your full potential. We all face challenges in our mum life that can take us away from our true self, our goals and living our best life each day.

And that’s why I created the Mama Groove Challenge. I want to help you get back to what really matters to you.

Over five days we will work through some of the common concerns you face as a mum and create an action plan for you to make change. I will lay it all out for you to make it simple to spot the key problem areas where a small change will make a big difference. We might not have all the answers but we will break it down so that you have a clear path forward on the way to getting your groove back.
