Love it or loathe it, Halloween is slowly creeping into Australian homes. Personally, I think it is a bit of fun and even when we were kids we would all get dressed up and go trick-or-treating just in our street. I think the thing to remember is that Halloween isn’t for everyone and while some are happy to embrace the day others resist the entrance of an American tradition onto our shores.
One way you can declare your feelings towards having kids knocking on your door asking for lollies is to put up some kind of decoration such as balloons or one of these Halloween printables I have put together. Get the kids to colour them in and stick them on your door or letterbox so trick-or-treaters know you won’t slam the door in their face! Click on the images below to download the full size.
If you have been using my baby monthly milestone printables and are celebrating Halloween by getting baby dressed up this year I have also made a Halloween version you can print and to snap a picture with bub to record their first Halloween. Click on the image below to download the full size.
How do you celebrate Halloween? What will you be dressing up as this year?
