If you are looking for a special treat for the kids this school holidays but don’t want to spend hours baking in the kitchen, 4 Ingredients is here to help. These M&M slice are as tasty as they are simple and the kids will love getting involved. Watch out for the sugar though – this one is a sometimes snack!
Easy M&M Slice
Makes 16
220g packet arrowroot biscuits
400g can condensed milk
1 cup M&Ms
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line an 8 x 25cm bar tray with baking paper. Process the cookies in a blender or food processor to fine crumbs, then pour into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and combine well. Scrape the mixture into the prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool in the tray, then cut into 16 scrum-diddily-umptious bars.
